A Realistic Number
When I knew about Paid Surfing, daily earning % on member level seemed me interesting.
For example, 1% per day on $10 for 365 days gives you $10 x 365% if everyday for 365 days could surf for certain pages on the Paid Surfing site.
Then, realized that $10 was needed spent as member fee purchasing cost. It means :
$36.5 ($10 x 365% ) - $10 (fee) = $26.5 at 365days as net earning.
Also, I saw many Paid Surfing suddenly disappeared. I started to surf at Paid Surfing sites as fun, game, which I enjoy thinking how I can get money without spending from my pocket, and how strong or weak effect they imply as Traffic maker to the sites. So, I was not thinking to spend but until I get some from somewhere.
I tried to find complete free Paid Surfing sites, but there are so few and until you see the result it takes so long time. Along with days when I surfed, I could observe : many sites are changing the membership rules often, some are suffering from no funds to pay on time, server problem such as bandwith limit over, attacks, steal hacks, …
Before start Paid Surfing, you need to have your PC with anti-virus softoware, anti-spyware and OS update, and watch and read circular mails from the site admin, where you get sometimes hints and info about security.
Even several risk and unstableness, but still Paid Surfing is fun when always you get some gain more than loss. As Game, it’s very fun, because you need to evaluate which sites are good (not scam), better return, more efficient, and how combine the spending money as playing fee.
HOW I STARTED PAID SURFING WITH $0 ?
Since I had no idea which is which, I started to surf as I found and with the ones looked attractive.
Soon I realized that if I don’t have any cents or dollar, no place to get Paid surfing (there are some but as I mentioned above, it takes months to get Cashout).
Most of Paid Surfing sites set $10 as member Upgrade share cost. On the other hand, there are Get Paid to Click or Read sites, where they pay at cost free. But, earning from these PTC/PTR sites are not so big and still it takes some time to earn withdraw level (no minimum to $1 or more).

To tell the truth, it’s almost same as surfing month after month at “cost free Paid Surfing”.
Again, realizing that “no minimum” sounds attractive, but it should be high earning rate and “no minimum”.
After surfing among Surfing sites and clicking links at PTC / PTR sites, so far I found some good places. I listed up the sites where they paid me here. And recently, concentrating with World Wide Cash and StarClicker for Earning $1 each week more or less, and others as promoting PTP or Referral building.
Using full function of above 2 sites, with Clicking, Reading, SignUp, Promoting, you can get some dollars in less than 2 weeks.
